Our Principal Consultant, Taiwo “Tai” Jaiyeoba, has leadership skills and experiences in both the Public and Private sectors, at local, national and global levels, managing Land Use plans, Evaluating Transit/Mobility options, Assessing Leadership Structures and Guiding Organizations towards innovative solutions.
Tai has served as City/Town Managers for municipalities in North Carolina managing thousands of staff and multi-million-dollar budgets. He was the Director of Planning and Assistant City Manager for the City of Charlotte, NC. He led the City's award-winning 20-year land use comprehensive plan and land development ordinance.
Other Key Accomplishments include:
- Evaluation of the multi-billion-dollar transformational mobility network which planned the future buildout of rail, buses and road regional system.
- Organizational leadership assessment and stabilization.
- Organized Council/Board strategic visioning retreats.
- Managed multi-million-dollar Light Rail Transit, Bus Rapid Transit, Passenger Rail Transit, Streetcar and Urban Circulators projects across the US.
- Managed transit masterplans for multiple agencies across the US.
